Classic vehicles and car shows

One of my latest photo graphics

It’s been a while since I shared one of these; here is the latest creation. I photographed the hot rod at a car show in South-Central Texas. The model is an Internet beauty. As before, I used Photoshop Elements 11 and Smart Photo Editor to create this image. – Bude Lepsi (a.k.a. MVM Images)

Jay Leno talks about one of my muscle cars – 1970 Dodge Challenger

Well not really, my 1970 Dodge Challenger didn’t have the beloved Hemi engine. Mine had a 383 because that was the first one that our local dealer had on hand. And in my impatience, I bought the very first one to hit the streets in our county (Brazoria County, Texas). The ’70 Challenger was the first year they were made and it got plenty of looks back then. Later, my old classmate and ace mechanic, Steve Duncan, kind of souped mine up – he put in an electric fuel pump and two four-barrel carbs. I tore up two rear ends drag racing the car at a track in Dickinson, Texas. Then I bought a 4:30 ratio rear end from Zoom Industries and won a little trophy. Man I loved that car, but like many things over the years I let it get away from me. Thanks to Jay Leno for bringing back the memories. – Bude Lepsi

Promoting a Texas girl …

Let me explain right from the beginning, I did not take this photo and I do not know who did or I would give them credit here. But, I do know the model and her stage name is Alli Peach. Alli is a member of the Lucky Devil Pinups group based in Texas. I see these girls all the time when I am photographing car shows in South Texas. They are a friendly bunch and are quick to pose for the photographer when asked. This image is from Alli’s recent Fourth of July shoot. Enjoy. – Bude Lepsi (a.k.a. MVM Images)

‘Hot Texas Cowgirl’

Here is a new photo-composite-graphic. “Hot Texas Cowgirl” was created from a car show image that I took in South Texas a while back and the beautiful cowgirl was added later. The sky was replaced and the color saturation enhanced. I use a Canon T5 camera along with Photoshop Elements 11 and Smart Photo Editor programs.

‘Hot Day in Texas’

This image titled “Hot Day in Texas” is a bit more risqué than some of my previous ones. Isn’t it amazing that the sexy images get a lot more traffic than my political rants? Not surprising, I’d rather look at the pictures myself. As in the past, the photo of the truck was taken at a car show in South Texas – the fellows on the other side of the truck were judging the truck. I’m sure that if this wasn’t a composite and if the beautiful girl had actually been there, the vehicle would have no doubt won the show. I used Photoshop Elements 11 and Smart Photo Editor (applying the HDR affect) to create this image.

‘Sweet Yellow’

Sweet Yellow,” is one of my newest graphic-photo-composites. The image of the classic car was taken at a car show in South Texas. I completely removed the background and replaced it with black. The model is the beautiful Anna Komis – she has been in several of my other graphics. I used Photoshop Elements 11 and Smart Photo Editor programs to create this image. – Bude Lepsi (a.k.a.
